Scoring More With Better Shooting Targeting

Too many balls hitting the posts, crossbars and going wide?

There's a simple solution to getting the ball into the net and not bouncing off the metal posts... it's all about where you look and how you target your shots.

The same reason that players shoot directly at the goalie is causing your shots to go wide, high or into the crossbar and it's called "target fixation".

Target fixation is the phenomenon where you hit the thing you're trying to avoid. It's why you drive right into the pot hole you were staring at instead of missing it.

The training devices that are supposed to help you more effectively target your shots are actually making your shots worse when they train you to look at the front of the goal instead of the back of the net.
